Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://www.novexstudiosfivem.com (the "Site") and the FiveM scripts and digital products (the "Products") sold by Novex Studio ("Novex", "we", "us"). By purchasing or using our Products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purchases & Payment

All purchases are processed by our commerce partner, Tebex, and are subject to Tebex's own terms of service and payment processing policies. We do not directly collect or store your payment card details.

2. License Grant

Upon successful payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Install and run the purchased Product on the number of production servers stated on the product page (one server, unless otherwise specified);
• Modify the Product's configuration files for use on your own server(s);
• Receive updates released for the Product for as long as it remains available for sale, or for the duration of an active subscription.

This license does not transfer ownership of the underlying code or assets, which remain our property.

3. Restrictions

You may not, without our prior written consent:

• Resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute a Product or its source code, in whole or in part;
• Remove or alter licensing, watermark, or attribution notices embedded in a Product;
• Use a Product on more servers than your license permits;
• Claim authorship of a Product you did not create.

Violation of this section may result in immediate license revocation without refund.

4. Availability & Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue a Product at any time. We'll make reasonable efforts to keep active Products compatible with current FiveM artifacts and the frameworks listed on their product pages, but we do not guarantee indefinite compatibility with future third-party framework changes outside our control.

5. No Warranty

Products are provided "as is." While we test each release before publishing, we do not warrant that a Product will be error-free or meet every use case on every server configuration.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novex Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of a Product, including server downtime or data loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Account & Cfx.re Login

If you sign in with your Cfx.re account, you authorize us to receive your public Cfx.re profile information (username and avatar) to associate it with your account on the Site. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we store.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
