Refund Policy

Because our Products are digital goods delivered instantly, refunds are handled differently from physical products. This policy explains when a refund is and isn't available.

1. General Policy

As a rule, digital purchases are non-refundable once the download has been accessed, in line with standard practice across the FiveM marketplace and Tebex's own digital goods policy. This protects against source code being downloaded and then refunded.

2. When a Refund May Be Issued

We will issue a refund or store credit, at our discretion, if:

• The Product is genuinely non-functional and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe;
• The Product delivered is materially different from what was described on its product page;
• You were charged in error (e.g. duplicate transaction);
• The purchase was made fraudulently on your account and reported promptly.

3. When a Refund Will Not Be Issued

• Change of mind after downloading the Product;
• Incompatibility with heavily modified or unsupported custom frameworks not listed on the product page;
• Issues caused by third-party resources conflicting with the Product;
• Failure to follow the provided installation documentation;
• Requests made after 14 days from purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us on Discord or at contact.viinkz@gmail.com with your Tebex order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

5. Subscription Products

Subscription-based Products can be cancelled at any time from your Tebex customer account to stop future billing. Cancelling does not refund the current billing period.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback instead of contacting support first will result in immediate license revocation and may result in a ban from future purchases, per Tebex's marketplace policies.
