This Privacy Policy explains what information Novex Studio ("Novex", "we", "us") collects when you use https://www.novexstudiosfivem.com, and how we use it. We collect the minimum needed to run the store and support our customers.

We collect information in three ways:

• Cfx.re login. If you sign in with your Cfx.re account, we receive your Cfx.re account ID, username, avatar URL, and, if provided by Cfx.re, your email address. This is used solely to create and identify your account on the Site.
• Purchases. All payment and billing information is collected and processed directly by Tebex, our commerce partner — we never see or store your card details. We may receive your order history and purchase email from Tebex to show your purchases in your account and to power the public Recent Purchases feed, which only ever displays a masked display name, never your full name or email.
• Usage data. Standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically for security and analytics purposes.

2. How We Use Information

• To operate your account and show your purchase history and downloads;
• To provide customer support;
• To detect fraud and enforce our Terms of Service;
• To improve the Site and our Products.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Recent Purchases Feed

The homepage's Recent Purchases feed is intentionally privacy-conscious: it displays a masked buyer name (e.g. "Ja****"), the product purchased, and a relative timestamp only. No email, avatar, or exact identity is ever shown publicly.

4. Data Sharing

We share data with service providers strictly as needed to run the Site: Tebex (payments, order data) and Cfx.re (authentication). We do not share your information with advertisers.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account exists. You can request account deletion at any time by contacting support — this removes your local account link; your Tebex order history remains with Tebex per their own retention policy.
